B.E.L Study means Basic English Learning Center.
The site gets updated each month by our teachers. However, we couldn't update the site often due to the limited of time. We are busy assisting students every month.

Learning ESL: We teach adults, teens and children in English. We have students coming in for private tutoring around the world. Japan, China, Korea, Italy, France, Spain, Mexico, Russia, Brazil, and Canada (Quebec City, Alberta, New Brunswick).
